when you go out into the city you may see gum littering but they break the landscape.It takes a lot of effort to get rid of dirt.So, we focused on gum wrapping paper.This gum wrapping paper is Inspired by traditional japanese furoshiki.Furoshiki are a type of traditional Japanese wrapping cloth traditionally used to transport clothes, gifts, or other goods.In act of throwing away gum ,By giving a pattern of furoshiki to a piece of silver paper,I gave you the wrapping pleasure like furoshiki.
街中へ出るとガムのポイ捨てを見かける事がありますが、それらは景観を壊し汚れを落とすのにも大変な労力が掛かります。そこで、私たちはガムの包装紙に着目しました。このガムの包装紙は日本の伝統的な風呂敷からインスパイアされています。風呂敷はどんな物でも包み方を工夫すれば、持ち運びのできる優れた美しい布です。銀紙に風呂敷の柄を与える事で、ガムを捨てるという何気の無い行為に風呂敷のような包む楽しさを与えました。
